ABOUT US
Our Story & What We Believe
Messiah’s Heritage Ministries is built on a deep commitment to the whole Bible. We believe the Torah is just as relevant today as it was in the days of Yeshua, and we seek to walk in it as part of our sanctification and obedience to our Father—not as a means of salvation.
We believe salvation comes through the grace of God and the blood of Yeshua alone. He is our Messiah—who died for our sins, rose again, and will return for His people. As followers of Yeshua, we are made new, grafted in, and called into the family of God.
We believe Scripture is the inspired Word of God and should be understood within its original context—historically, culturally, and linguistically. Our teaching focuses on the Ancient Near Eastern background of the Bible and how it would have been understood by its original audience.
Rather than separating the Old and New Testaments, we teach them together as one unified story. Through verse-by-verse teaching, we aim to bring clarity, depth, and practical understanding—helping believers grow in faith, obedience, and a deeper relationship with Yeshua.
Purpose Statement
To restore the faith as it existed when Yeshua ascended, and to prepare all who are associated with Messiah's Heritage Ministries to fulfill the destinies to which the LORD has called them.
Mission Statement
Messiah's Heritage Ministries will be a Spirit-filled body of believers who are anointed to: proclaim the good news to the poor; bind up the brokenhearted; proclaim liberty to the captives; heal the sick; set at liberty the oppressed; proclaim the jubilee and the day of vengeance of our God; and to comfort all who mourn.
Strategy
We believe that true faith is reflected in Messiah's Heritage Ministries will accomplish its purpose and mission though: intercessory prayer; power evangelism; discipleship (individual, small group, and congregational); and compassion ministries.
Our Leadership
Pastor Ryan Hartman
Ryan has been teaching the scriptures since 1996. He has focused on teaching the Bible from its original context and languages in order that others receive a fuller understanding of God's Word. He has also specialized in the study of the Dead Sea Scrolls and their impact on the formation of the early Christian Church. With a passion to peel back the layers of man-made religion and unbiblical Church traditions, Ryan is intensely focused on trying to restore The Faith once delivered to the saints. He is the founder and pastor at Messiah's Heritage Ministries. Ryan has been married to his wife Marjie for 35 years, and is father to Tyler and Raven Hartman, Alec Hartman, and Kelly Hartman. He enjoys spending time with his grandson Isaiah. He also loves his two babies, Ca'ar and Talia -- his two german shepherds.
